About Me.

After 20+ years at Director level with a specialist construction company, I decided to qualify and become an independent accredited Domestic Energy Assessor in 2015, and Non-Domestic Assessor (Level 3 & 4) in 2017, with nearly 3,000 EPC Assessments now completed.

Working for Commercial Agents and Private and PLC developers, I have assessed property's from small lock up shops, through to 53,000 square foot food manufacturing factory’s, providing a competitive, prompt and professional service.

Areas Covered.

Centrally located, I work anywhere in the UK, however I will be most competitive anywhere South of Sheffield/North of Oxford, and East of Oswestry/West of Peterborough.
